Launched in 2017, by 12x TORI winner, Kimberly Robb Baker of This Little Brand, this advanced resume writing program is “the resume writer’s MBA.”

The process for obtaining certification included building a brand overview, translating skills into story-based deliverables, and submitting a comprehensive portfolio consisting of a client brand map, executive resume, cover letter, value proposition letter, short- and long-biography, and LinkedIn profile.

Shoup previously earned certification as a Certified Advanced Resume Writer (2015); Certified Master Resume Writer (2017); Certified Executive Resume Master (2018); Certified Information Technology Resume Specialist (2019) –all through Career Directors; as well as the Certified Hidden Job Market Coach (2017) through Career Thought Leaders; Academy Certified Resume Writer (2015) through the Academy of Resume Writers; and the Certified Professional Resume Writer certification through the Professional Association of Resume Writers (1998).

She has also earned recognition with 1 CDI TORI Nomination and 1 TORI Award.
